
GAP YEAR PROGRAM

Working as a Team Member for Mulch and More you’ll receive pre-service training and continuous observation, feedback, and professional development throughout your ten and a half months of service. Training related to the education field focuses on work orientation, job budgeting and planning, team management, customer service, and how to build relationships with fellow team members and the community we serve. Our team members also grow in the following career readiness skills:

Gap Year Timeline
~ 12 Months (Starting July 1st of your Graduation year and ending the following year mid July) You are also more than welcome to start the program as soon as you graduate in May/June.

7:30am-7:45am / Daily Team Meeting at The Shop
8:00am / Team(s) Arrives on Job Site
8:15pm -12:15pm / Work
12:15pm - 1:00pm / Lunch
1:00pm-5:00pm / Work
5:00pm-5:30pm / Return to The Shop

Gap Year Total = $25,000 - $50,000
Avg. Per Hour = $20.00 - $24.00
